I had questions about Hubble and James Webb Telescopes

I always tried to avoid asking Kathy Sullivan what it was like looking down on Earth from space because I know she’s answered that question a million times before AND… I also know she’s written about it in her book, ‘Handprints on Hubble’.

But knowing how close she was and is to the Hubble telescope I couldn’t help but ask her about the James Webb telescope and the stunning images it has very recently started beaming back to us.

After weeks of these questions during our calls, Kathy suggested that I ask her on record and that’s how this conversation came about.
